A man named the agency to ask us if it could be achievable to do a background investigation into the man that was now cohabiting with his wife and son. The marriage had broken down following our client took a job in Oman. He was posted there for 3 months at a time. He told us his wife was very lonely and after about two months began an affair with this man. It didn’t last very lengthy and his wife started to see someone else. This affair lasted for about 3 months and then she went back using the initial man.
Our client could not believe how rapidly his wife was unfaithful and that she had let 1 of these men into the loved ones home. Our client still stayed there when he returned to the UK in-between stints at work. His wife was denying the complete factor but our client had it from his 11 year old son plus a very good friend. Our client decided to file for divorce but all of the preparation took a long time simply because he was not inside the UK for quite long.
We carried out some surveillance on the family members residence and the man was undoubtedly living there whilst our client was away at perform. He also owned his own home which was empty except for several little items of furniture which he would need to have when he necessary to leave our customers home. Our client told us that the man had put his residence up for sale as he intended to move in with his wife on a permanent basis. We gave all of the evidence of cohabitation towards the client and he passed it onto his solicitor so he could file for divorce on grounds of adultery.
