We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any a lot more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a new location to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have one more woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
